MASS Human Resource Development Policy

MASS gets feedback about the working environment through regular staff meetings, one-on-one meetings. During staff meetings, MASS ensures that each staff is heard as well as given proper solution. When staff do share ideas and feedback, MASS takes their suggestions seriously. MASS also recognizes staff for their contributions and give them credit for any ideas that are ultimately implemented in the field for the transformation of lives towards the overall development of the target population.
